does not include web hosting but this

build guidelines discussed below are

WEB DESIGN PACKAGE TERMS

Before confirming your ‘intent to purchase’ please check your order. Once confirmed, items can not be removed and you will be expected to pay.

Upon your confirmation of ‘intent to purchase’, we require a 20% deposit of the total web design cost before production of the web build begins. This is non refundable. All payments are to be paid through
paypal, unless paying via cheque.

You are bound to pay the given price. Refusal to pay for any part of your order will result in the halting of your website build, until the matter is resolved.

Additional items and content my be added during the website build if you require them – This can only be done before your progress indicator hits 75% completion. Custom website design quotes may add items as they wish at the standard custom quote price. For those who order via a set website package additional items may be added subject to the standard quote price + 10% surcharge. This is non negotiable.
Additional items may be added after the progress indicator has passed 75% or at any time after the website is completed at
slowcoach's discretion. You will be quoted
slowcoach standard design rates with an
additional 25% surcharge for items been added after this deadline. Payment will be required before any additional builds proceed.

During the website build process you will be able to view a list of all elements of your website within your admin pages. This list requires each element to be signed off by both yourself and
slowcoach. After checking the current state of your website design within your admin pages we ask for you to sign off each element as you are happy with them. Once
slowcoach signs off the item it becomes marked as completed. Items that are set as completed can not be re edited no matter how small the change. Any changes you wish to make on completed items will be charged additionally at a negotiated price.

Changes may be made to items in your build list that are not marked as completed. You are allowed to request changes, these will be applied as quickly as possible.
slowcoach has the right to reject changes in extreme situations where the change is deemed to be excessive,
unnecessary or too many changes are being requested. An example of an excessive change is database modification, which would result in the rebuilding of structures and page layouts.

Additional information about changes, services and rules please read carefully the Website service page, the website prices page, and any information provided within your client area after ordering.

Signed off websites belong solely to the purchaser and
slowcoach will hold no responsibility for future errors or
glitches on the website. It is in the clients best interest to fully test the website and/or purchase maintenance to allow
slowcoach access to the site. Once
again, slowcoach WILL NOT fix errors on websites after the sign off agreement has been completed and the maintenance duration has expired.

images and designs are still
copyright of slowcoach as the
creator and designer and will
display the UK
© sign followed by the
year of creation.
Third party designers ,web
administrators or web maintenance
companies must respect
copyrights of original creators and
any alterations to designs or images
will not be condoned without
permission.. slowcoach will
not participate in claims of
copyright misuse. All artwork is
designed and generated by slowcoach,
we do not condone or encourage the
use of copyright materials or other
peoples work.

Domain names can not be reserved and must be checked for availability before ordering.

slowcoach holds no responsibility for server
reliability, loss of work due to
server crashes or loss of earnings due to downtime. Such faults and complaints must be taken up between the client and the host
