PARSONAGE COLTS 3-0 SENRAB A

   Another well deserved three points were taken today by our boys. Each boy played his position to the best of his ability and good team work prevailed.

   Edobor worked hard from kick off and he was rewarded with the opening goal in the first 10 minutes of play.  There were many occasions in which the Senrab keeper was put to the test, however he stood up well and was very confident with his off the line challenges.

   Mallett took a corner, which went to a Senrab defender who (rather nicely) tapped it back to Mallett.  Mallett seized this opportunity and scored a beautiful second goal.  Taking us into half time 2-0 up.

   The second half opened with some dominant play from Parsonage.  Edobor and Yexley performed some excellent passes which nearly resulted in another goal, but not to be.  Towards the end of the second half play turned and it was Senrab that had Parsonage on the run more than once.  Chafer performed a couple of suberb saves which kept us in the game.  It was Abutoh who tied up the match with Parsonage's third, and the final goal of the game.

  It was a tough decision for man of the match.  Ditkevicius and Saunders had outstanding games.  Both were solid and could always be relied upon.  Man of the match went to Yexley for his outstanding performance throughout.
