ECHO U11 PREMIER LEAGUE

PARSONAGE COLTS 2 – 0

   Parsonage dominated the first half with the majority of play being in the Redbridge half, so much so that Chafer only had one touch of the ball.  However the half was uneventful, and play was slow.  The goal to open the scoring came from Edobor.  A beautiful ball was played through by Saunders it found Mallett , who crossed it to Edobor.  The score at half time stood at 1-0.

   The second half was more entertaining.  Frostick scored an outstanding goal in the 6th minute from the off.  This is his first goal for Parsonage since signing.  An exceptional save save by Chafer, who punched the ball over the cross bar, in the last five minutes of play kept the score at 2-0.

   Man of the match today was awarded to Benmore, for determination on the field and the ability to never give up.

   Welcome back Shayle after a period of absence due to an injury.  Finally recognition to all the Mums who religiously stand on the line, come rain or shine every Sunday, the boys of Parsonage wish you all a Happy Mothers Day.
